Switch to yoga!
Many of us have a tendency to reach out to the nearest snack when stressed. It’s better to try other options like yoga or exercise to calm ourselves down.
Controlled sugar intake
In the effort to reduce carb intake, we end up consuming a lot of foods like bread, canned soups and vegetables, pasta sauce & margarine, that have processed sugar ; although they are labelled as substances with ‘low fats’. Slow & gradual decrease of sugar intake in the diet will give the taste buds time to adjust.
Switch to Canola oil
We gain most of our calories, & hence weight; from the culinary oil we use as it contains a high percentage of saturated fats. The best way to avoid this is to use Canola oil that contains the least amount of monosaturated fats! Who knew just switching to a healthier culinary oil could make such a lot of difference right!
Lots of fruits & veggies intake
Regular intake of food in the form of fresh fruits & vegetables every 2 hours will not only satisfy your hunger & taste buds but will also improve your metabolism thereby acting like a catalyst in the process of you losing weight!
